Is there a way to manage projects with textpad?

Are the Workspaces what you need?

Load all the files you want, then go to File/Workspace/Save as
and select a nice name for your Workspace.

When you want to load all these files into Textpad again, just go to
File/Workspace and then either Open or to the Workspaces entry in the recent list.
