new installed 9.9.3 version didn't load workspace files for the first run time

Hi,

New installed 9.9.3 version didn't load workspace files for the first run time.
It just opened the readme.txt file .
I closed the previous 9.8 version which had checked the reload last workspace at startup, before stating the install of 9.9.3.

The readme file is shown on the first run of every new version. If you then open a workspace from the File menu, it will be automatically reloaded on each subsequent run.
