Hi
9.5.2 Workspace doesn't load at startup.
Is it a bug or a feature to setup?

IIRC this was a bug. Especially if you just upgraded.
Upgrade to TextPad 9.7.1 and it's fixed.

I upgraded to version 9.8.0, and before the upgrade, I properly closed version 9.5.2. I expected that on the first launch of the new version, it would load the last workspace. But it didn't—it started with a single README document. How can I restore the last workspace from version 9.5.2?

Click on the File menu, then on Workspace, then select your workspace file.
