8.21 install error

Hey all, long-time listener, first-time caller. I'm getting the following error when trying to install 8.21:
That directory, of course isn't there. I'm explicitly running the setup.exe as administrator. It looks like the GUID is invalid, because I see a different folder pop up when the install process is running. Trying to use the TextPad 8.21.msi file that is there gives me a different error saying:
Any idea what may be going on here?
And under Use Source:The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

C:\Users\nnn\AppData\Local\Temp\{E490EA92-C08E-4EF3-84DD-EB342A5F4CD6}\Yeah, the error message says 8.12, not 8.21.The file {blah} is not a valid installation package for the product TextPad 8.12. Try to find the installation package 8.12.msi in a folder from which you can install TextPad 8.12
Any idea what may be going on here?
