While using textpad and windows 11, suddenly my mouse cursor/icon changed in this weird icon, I have never seen it before:

I don't know if it's textpad doing this or windows 11 ?!

But it's a really bizar kind of F-up. I was just trying to copy ^ paste some text and I accidently hit my mouse buttons, maybe also something on the keyboard or numpad, or maybe side buttons on the mouse or maybe wheel mouse, I have no idea.

Anybody know what triggers this ? Bizar.... combo... ? Huuuuuuuuuuuuh ???

That icon indicates that you have typed half of a 2-character shortcut. There are some default ones starting with Ctrl+Q so you may have accidentally typed that. Either complete typing the shortcut or press the Esc key to revert to the normal icon.

If you browse your window menu you'll find shortcuts like Ctrl+Q, B, which mean you first press Ctrl+Q and then B for a full sequence. The mouse cursor just wants to you to help spotting an incomplete sequence you're currently into. Most likely you never used/knew these shortcuts to begin with. There are others:

Also: the correct spelling is bizarre.
