After updating to Windows 11, I found a red border around Textpad 9 -window.
I tried toggling on and off: Settings → Personalization → Colors → "Show accent color on title bars and window borders" .
It did not make any change. Initially it was turned Off. Textpad is my only program suffering from this.

Also:
Updated to Texpad 9.52
Updated graphics driver.
Windows is updated.

Not sure why you have a red border but you can change it in TextPad using:

View » Appearance » Customize » Theme » Accent Color

I changed to Office 2022 -theme. Much better, thanks
