I live with TextPad maximized on the screen nearly all of the time.
I have a number of custom toolbars which I arrange across the width of the window.
The Visual Studio 2008 skin seems to offer the best toolbar colours, but even that does not provide enough contrast against the background.
To help with this, I spread the toolbars across the full width of the window leaving an "airgap" between each.
If I minimize the TextPad window and restore it to maximum, the toolbars stay as I set them.
If I "restore" the window to be less than maximum, then the toolbars are logically forced to cozy up.
BUT
When I restore the window back to maximum, the toolbars stay cozy — they have failed to remember their custom locations.

Logged as two bugs — while seemly related, they may have different causes.
