Reload Last Workspace Not Working

With the new versions (9.4.0 & 8.18.0), the "Reload last workspace option" is broken.

Do you mean the option Configure | Preferences | General | Reload last workspace at startup ?
Agreed. It doesn't work (18.8.0) here either.
