Is there a list I can download for reference?

I write and edit TP macos generated by the recorder which are saved, edited. This post is about a reference list which would help me to compose a macro and then copy, and paste into the TP macro library.

you will be directed to a page entitled

that is also accessible from the help contents page as

You can produce a list of commands with
Configure | Preferences | Keyboard | Categories: All | List
Disregard the lines with * in them.
