v9.3.1 "apply these settings to all document classes" does not work

Installed v9.3.1 and am trying to apply my TextPad-v4.7 colors and other settings to "all document classes".
I also have TPv4.7 installed on this computer.
In TP-v9, I first changed and applied the colors to the TPv4.7 values to the Default-class -- easy and all looked good.
However, when I selected the Default-class root-row and then selected "apply these settings to all document classes", the other document classes color were not changed to the Default-class values.
