TextPad 9.2.0, Windows 10

I've been using TextPad for a few days now and I'm starting to like it.

Some questions:

1. how can I customize the toolbar? Everything I have tried does not work. For example, I want to add the "Save As" icon.
2. when I want to save a new text, it always suggests "Desktop" as the folder. But I want to have "Downloads" as the default folder.
3. I want the line break constantly. But I always have to press the button before it works.

I tried to send an email, but each time I inserted the word it cames the message "Failed the check for robots". Why?
