Unless I run textpad as Administrator, when changing any preferences or exiting Textpad I get a warning "Access to c:\Program files\Textpad\System\MSAPPS.BND was denied. The actual file changes depending upon keystroke compatibility selected.
9.1.0 on Windows 10 Pro and 8.16.0 64bit on Windows 7

This has been fixed. Please download the files again and reinstall TextPad.
