Textpad Window disappearing and re-appearing several times from the Windows Taskbar

I just install 9.0.1 on two computers. One is Windows 10, the other is Windows 11. On both I'm having problems with the Textpad Window disappearing and re-appearing several times from the Windows Taskbar. The program actually stay open, but the icon cycles from showing and not showing. The program works fine otherwise, but it's kind of annoying watching this thing cycle constantly from appearing and disappearing.
