Version 9 - New files open in window covering part of body

TestPad is set to open all files in a single window (the Allow multiple instances to run option is not checked).
If there is already a file open in TextPad, double clicking on another file registered to open in TextPad results in the file opening in a child window over the body region of the main TextPad window. Switching documents and back with control+tab causes both documents to display as expected (taking up the whole body region of the main TextPad window).
