Version 9 - How do I add TextPad to the right-click menu?

That is, when I right-click on a file in Windows Explorer I would like to see Open with TextPad as an option - as I did with version 8.

How do I do it?

Please try checking the "Context menu" option on the General Preferences page. If it's already checked, uncheck it and click Apply and then recheck it.
Exit from TextPad and restart.
