Font selection -- filter

When selecting the font (for the current document or in the global preferences for a Document Class) we just get a long list of fonts to chose from.
Please add some way to filter the list on some of the font properties:
* Fixed width vs. variable width -- flag CF_FIXEDPITCHONLY seems to do this
* Unicode font or not -- less sure of a flag for this
