TEXTPAD does not appear on my desktop.
When I try to download TEXTPAD 8.8.1, I'm getting HTTP Error 429: You have reached your download limit for this file. Please try again later.
Why am I getting that error?
How long will I need to wait before I can successfully download TEXTPAD?
After I install it, how do I get TEXTPAD to appear on my desktop and how can I add TEXTPAD to the taskbar?
