Elevate Run to Windows Administrator

A recent Windows 10 update requires me to run TextPad as a Windows Administrator when building my apps. This adds a few steps, and some irritating side effects, to starting a workspace, which I would like to eliminate.
Is there any way to tell TextPad's run tool to execute with Windows Administrator privilege?

You say you want "to run TextPad as a Windows Administrator" and then you say you want "to tell TextPad's run tool to execute with Windows Administrator".

Which is it? And what has it to do with starting a workspace?
