Is it possible to specify a keyword consisting of more than one word?

I am trying to highlight phrases like
"*** USER WARNING MESSAGE" and "*** SYSTEM FATAL MESSAGE"

You can't have spaces in Keywords so unfortunately it isn't possible to specify multiple words.
