I just converted from WXP to W10 (yeah, I know......a bit late

). I would like to purchase a discounted upgrade to Textpad, but the website does not seem to recognize my registration code etc.
I've tried to email Textpad using the email addresses found on their website (sales at textpad.com & assistance at textpad.com) but the emails get kicked back with:
Code: Select all
host server1.textpad.net[50.97.119.252] refused to
talk to me: 451 4.7.1 Please try again later
Anyone know how I can email the sales folks at Helios Software Solutions????

Helios tried their best to not write e-mail addresses in plain text, so internet crawlers can't harvest them, and now both of you post 3 of them. Be fair and edit your posts to obfuscate them.
Have you actually done what the error suggests? To wait (for 24 to 48h) and to then try again? 451 does not indicate that the used address is the problem - most likely ANY address on textpad.com will provoke the same error.
Your last resort is to write a letter since I nowhere find a contact form. Shouldn't cost you much to stamp it. I really feel that none of them looked at this board in within months... maybe even years.

Well then, they did a pretty poor job of it. Both these addresses are on their website as is, in plain sight, for the whole world to see.
It appears you don't know what you're talking about.

But not plain text. Just like any other picture you're unable to select single letters with the mouse cursor. And picture data can't be harvested that easy, although it's easy for human eyes. Would you now please edit your post? I as a website owner would be angry at you by now.

Done.
I stand corrected.
