Much as I like and use TP I don't need to see "Open with. . . " or "Open in . . ." on a file context menu. How can I remove those items?

Configure -> Preferences, General,
Remove Check from Checkbox "Context Menu" under "Put shortcuts to Textpad on".

Yep, I had removed that option. No change. I could try complete reinstall but still hoping to avoid that.
