Saving the results of compared files

Is there a way to save the results of compared files?

If you use non-"Visual" comparison, you can copy and paste the contents of the Tool Output window into a file and save that. If you use "Visual" comparison, there is no way to save the results that I'm aware of.

In case of
WinMerge go the window menu
Tools > Generate Report to save the result
s in your favorite format. However, there's no way to import them.

In fact, you don't need to copy and paste. You can Save As directly from the Tool Output window, saving a few keystrokes.
