8.1.2 problem compiling and running java

When I compile with Ctrl1 and when there is an error, I go to click on the error as I have always done and now I get: "Cannot jump to item under cursor".
Also when I run with Ctrl2, I get <path\random.bat> "Access is denied".
I am running windows 10.
