How to highlight the selected word ?

In Notepad++ , if I select a word , every occurence of this word gets highlighted in light green colour in the file. This is Notepad++'s default setting.
How can i configure this functionality in Textpad ?
Screenshot from Notepad++ shown in the below link where the word "hello" is highlighted throughout the document.

BTW Can't I insert pictures from my PC in the post ?
