1 In Preferences, External Tools, select a tool e.g. http://i.imgur.com/TUwm47R.png

2 Click Up Arrow icon, to get

3 Press F2

Expected: Renaming current item
Observed: Renaming wrong item - the item at the previous position of the current item:
