[X] Hide Horizontal scroll bar when Word wrap active
The horizontal scroll bar is not needed when word wrap is active. Sometimes you want to turn word wrap on and off in the middle of working on a document without also having to turn the horizontal scroll bar on and off with a secondary operation.
