Drag'n'Drop from TextPad doesn't work

Hi all,
I'm using TP 8.01 x64 on Windows 7 x64. I am logged in as an Administrator

When I try to drag a text from TP to any other program, I only get the first character (byte?) of the text!
I realized this problem first with TP 8.0, I never tried it with older versions.

I'm writing a .NET program, which accepts strings from any program and works just fine, except when I'm dragging a text from TP!

Dragging the text inside of TP works as expected, inside the same doc, from one doc to another and also from one TP instance to another.

Dragging text from other programs into TP is also working fine.

Can anybody help me?

No, I haven't installed Webroot at all.
So, no, this doesn't help
