Windows 10 Ignores TextPad's Associations

File associations previously defined in TextPad, Configure, Preferences, Associated Files appear to be ignored by Windows 10.

Even with updating to TextPad 7.5.1, deleting an association in TextPad, closing TextPad, going back and adding it (e.g., .txt) back into TextPad's list of associated files, closing TextPad, Windows 10 File Explorer still is opening my text file with Notepad.

I understand I can teach the OS what to use as a default program, but thought this worth reporting in hopes that I may learn what I've overlooked, or possibly in helping to get this feature to work in Win10 (64-bit).
