Very recently, I am having a focus problem only with TextPad in windows 7.
Whenever Textpad is opened, Textpad is "always on top". No problem with other programs (e.g, Outlook, IE, etc). Is there a fix for textpad (7.4.0)?

Check whether this checkbox is checked in Textpad:
Configure - Preferences - View - Stay on top of other windows.

If it is checked, uncheck it.
