Resizing windows?

I'm sure it will be embarrassingly obvious, but having just updated to 7.5 how do I arrange several documents of different sizes and positions inside the TP window please, just as I did in 4.7.3?

Try turning off document tabs: View | Document Tabs.

Thanks Ben, understood.
It's probably a matter of my unfamiliarity, but isn't that less flexible than 4.7.3? Without Document Tabs, and assuming I start with a single document maximised, it seems I have to use View > Document Selector to select the document windows?
