I forgot the exact term for this action. I will try my best to explain my problem.
Generally, when I open many files (or programs), clicking one file with cursor bring it to the top of programs/files. So I can do multitasking (i.e., without minimizing other pre-opened programs or files).
Something happened recently to my computer (windows 7). When any Textpad file is open, it got stuck on the top of pre-opened programs (or files). In order to work on other pre-opened files, I got to minimize the TextPad files. It is just inconvenient.
With other programs (files), no problem with multitasking without minimizing.
Could you please tell me how to fix this problem?
