How does a paying customer get a reply to a support request email sent to
support@textpad.com ?
Sadly "Wait four months" is an invalid answer, in my experience.

You could post the problem here, and someone else may have not only already encountered it but also know of a solution.
(2[Bb]|[^2].|.[^Bb])
That is the question.
