In textpad, there is a "MANAGE FILES" toolbar right next to the SAVE button. I have never explored this toolbar in the past. What is the Manage Files tool bar for? How to use it? Please enlighten me. Thanks.

It's not a toolbar; there's a Manage Files button on the toolbar, which opens the Manage Files dialog box. Did you try clicking the button? The dialog is self-explanatory, but if you need help, press F1.
