Started a new gig, and my new employer is buying me a license for TextPad. There were problems ordering using a state [government] issued credit card. It would not authorize. One thing I observed was that the field for Name On Credit Card would accept the full name that is on the card. I sent Emails to sales, support, assistance, and admin.

Problem solved. Got the Email for the Email for the handling agent. Bought the license. TextPad alive and well again. After 15 years of using TextPad, I'm not sure I can really do my job without it.
