64 bit exe

I have downloaded txpeng730-64.zip and installed it
But when I run TextPad it tells me it is the 32 bit Edition
Further, task manager also identifies it as a 32 bit app.
I'm running on Windows 7 Professional SP 1
Can anyone shed light on this please?
