I searched both the forum and the internet at large and I'm surprised that no one else mentions this bug.

I most often observe this when I hibernate my computer and wake it up. The clipboard history will then be frozen. Copy and paste still works, but the clipboard does not update with new entries. I've noticed this on multiple versions of Textpad, dating back to 2006. Sometime this happens at some point during the day without hibernation. It requires that I close all instances of Textpad and relaunch.

The search function of these forums is rudimentary, so I can understand why you didn't find it. At any rate, the problem doesn't seem to have ever been fixed.

Thanks ak47wong. Good to know that I am not crazy (experienced this since V4 and on several machines with different OS).

Troubling that Helios doesn't seem interested in addressing it though.
