Clip Lbrary and Document Selector

My Clip Library panel seems to have disappeared and I can't restore it from the VIEW menu - not even with the shortcuts.
Same for the Document Selector panel.
Anyone got some ideas? Is this a registry issue.
I'm using version 6.3

The window position is probably stored in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Helios\TextPad\7\GUIState.xml
If you rename this file before starting textpad it will recreate it for you with default entries. However you will lose other settings such as custom menu entries and toolbars.
EDIT: That was for textpad 7, adjust the path for textpad 6

I did rename the ConfigState.xml and restarted TextPad and this now has the Clip Lib and Doc Selector.
Someone should write a manual on these two files ConfigState.xml and GUIState.xml
I am having a problem with having to save an html file before opening it in a browser. Otherwise the changes don't show up. It seems that one item in the configuration about "Working Folder Follows Active Document" is not working.
