"The system cannot find the file specified" - but

I am using 7.2.0 64-bit edition of TextPad on my Win64 machine. I have the context menu option enabled, and the TextPad option shows up in the context menu.
Here's where the strangeness starts:
* If TextPad is running, I can right-click on a file in Explorer and it puls up with TextPad no problem.
* If TextPad is not running, then when I right-click on the same file, a popup appears stating:
"The system cannot find the file specified"
The registry entry is correct based on what I've read on the forum (i.e. points to C:\Program Files\TextPad 7\System\shellext64.dll which is correct.
Anyone else have this problem?
