DOS encoding in Clip File and Find box

Please fix display of DOS encoding in Clip File and Find box. Even if we specify DOS encoding in our Clip files, the system is defaulting to ANSI encoding when displaying the characters in the Clip file window. It is also defaulting to ANSI encoding in the Find box. This is a feature that worked in version 4.6.3, but does not work in newer versions. We would like to deploy a 64 bit version of Textpad on Windows 7 machines.
