Context menu option grayed out

Hi, I installed TextPad 7.1.0 (64-bit) on my new computer (Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1, 64-bit), and Configure/Preferences/General/Context menu is grayed out. How can I get my right-click TextPad shortcut back?
