Regex error messages when starting TP 7.1.0 32 b (Bug?)

Hello,
I just downloaded and installed the last TP 7.1.0 32b on my WinXP.
When I run TP from command line with an (existing) file name specified,
[T] << This is message box caption
I can close it by pressing [Cancel]; then TP starts as expected.
The error doesn't appear when I start TP with no command line option (parameter).
Probably a bug - please fix it.

The message box appears cca 4 times.Found a closing repetition operator } with no correspondning {. The error occured while parsing the regular expression: '[^.]*\...>>>HERE>>>}'.
I can close it by pressing [Cancel]; then TP starts as expected.
