How may I configure Page Up / Down to move the cursor? Currently they move the view, leaving the cursor out of view. And I can find no single keypress that brings the cursor into view at the new position.

I've looked for a config option e.g. "Keep Text Cursor in View While Scrolling" (as per other editors such as EditPad) and not found.

Yes. If I turn off Scroll Lock, the problem disappears.

Goodness known why TP is using Scroll Lock to modify cursor behaviour rather than do scroll lock.
