Lincensing Error Textpad 6 and 7

After installing (either directly or as administrator) then running textpad 6 or 7, as administrator, and inputting a licence that I have used for a long time, it says it has registered, but on successive running of textpad, it tells me the product is for evaluation only.
How do I resolve this issue, please.
