Textpad 5.2.0

I want the default to list ALL files *.* when I use File / Open

When I'm viewing a txt file & I click "File / Open" the list of available files is constrained to *.txt & *.ini files. I want it to list ALL available files even those not associated with Textpad or even ones not normally opened by Textpad.

I do NOT want to have to go down to the "Files of Type" section every time & force select "*.*" I want the forced "*.*" to be the default & then I can constrain it from there, which I almost never need to do.

I don't know what I did differently but it is now using *.* as the default when I try to open a file.

I know I selected *.* again, but perhaps I saved some other Preference & then exited the program. Once back in it worked the way I wanted. I did not pay attention because I believed it would act the same & revert back to *.txt, *.ini.

I tested closing Textpad & opening it back up & it is still using *.*
