View in Web Browser

Clicking the 'globe' of selecting View|In Web Browser when editing a file with .htm or .html extension does nothing for me. I have checked that the preferences for these types of file is correctly set, and have followed procedures provided in earlier posts, all to no effect. This is true for TextPad v6.2.2 (32 bit) on two computers with Windows 7. The default browser is Firefox, but changing this to Chrome has no effect.

What am I doing wrong?

I sent report to Helios via the TextPad feedback form more than a week back, but no response.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
