Problem with installing txpeng622

I tried to install textpad 6.22 on virtual windowx XP (in VMWare Workstation 9 and windows 7) but could not make it. The error is:
1155.File
c:\Folder*\instmsi30.exe not found.
Folder*: where setup.exe for textpad6.22 was placed.
Please advise me how to go around this problem. If Textpad 6.22 is not compatible with Win XP Pro, what version of textpad is allowed to install?
