Fix so recent files list will open paths w/ multiple spaces

a bug in the new version (post version 5) causes issues when trying to open recent files. if the file or path of the file has multiple spaces (concurrently) then TextPad will eliminate the extra spaces in the configstate.xml file...
when TextPad is reopened it is unable to locate the file because the changes listed above.
I realize that this is somewhat esoteric problem but it is a real problem nonetheless. It happens anywhere TextPad encounters multiple spaces together.
Seems to have crept in when moving text transitioned from using the registry to store this information, to using the configstate.xml file instead.
Like I said I realize its a pretty esoteric bug, but for me its a really big pain to go back an rename all of files and directories which concurrent spaces in them....
Thanks
