Kaspersky warning: Should I be concerned?

I'm running TextPad 5.0.3 on Windows 7 for two months. The .exe was last modified 4/19/2007.
Today, Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 popped up this warning:
"Detected a potentially dangerous modification of the application:
TextPad
without a digital signature, having a high danger rating...
Do you trust this application?"
Can't find reference to this in the forum or by Google search. Is textpad's digital signature known to be missing? Any on what to do about this?
