Cannot copy file: Cannot read from the source file or disk.

Hi all.
I get the message 'Cannot copy file: Cannot read from the source file or disk.' when I first launch v6.1 after installation. Once I have received the message once it won't appear again, unless I log on as a different user, and then it appears once again. It does not seem to cause any problems with the running of the application, but clearly something is not quite right. I am running WinXP SP3 which is fully patched, and am installing the latest available download of TextPad.
Hope someone can shed some light on this!
