TextPad 6 German installation problem

I've tried to install TextPad 6 (German) and starting the msi-file starts fine, but after accepting the license and entering the installation path (left as default), it says "Read error when accessing TextPad 6.msi. Do you have rights to access this file?" (in German: Fehler beim Lesen der Datei: D:\ ..\TestPad 6.msi.Überprüfen Sie, ob die Datei existiert und ob Sie darauf zugreifen können.). Even when I try installing as administrator. What goes wrong?
